Ok, looks like this was redeemed successfully, and it was you who redeemed it (I was thinking maybe someone else in the system had accidentally redeemed it, which does happen)
I am fairly certain I know what is going wrong here. These are all subscriptions, so they will show up in your Cloud Management tab (middle tab, turns orange when selected), where you can assign students to programs. However, if you don't have any students added to your classroom yet, none of the titles will show up. It will look like this:
Once you click that blue button and add at least one student to your classroom, your programs should appear in the space that is currently blank, with the option of assigning them to students, which you can then use to launch the title.
As for the Redeem Code button, that will always be there, even though you have redeemed your code, as an option for redeeming future codes.
