Thank you for contacting us with your GoTalk NOW question! I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with our app. In order to get your app back to normal you will need to delete the Core Word Book you've downloaded. The Core Books were not intended to be available in the free Lite version of the app, which we will fix in the next app update. 

So, to delete the Core Book, I have created an Access Code that will temporarily unlock your free app to have the features of the full paid version. Once the code expires, your app will revert back to the Lite version and have access to only 5 Communication Pages.

First, to temporarily upgrade you app, please complete the following steps:

  • Open GoTalk NOW and go to the Downloads section
  • Take 3 fingers and swipe them down across the window to reveal a code entry screen
  • Type in this code & tap Redeem: 1234567890 (this code will expire on date)

Now you will have the ability to delete the Core Word book:

  • Open GoTalk NOW and go to the main menu
  • Tap on the white text at the bottom-center of the screen (the text should read Core Words)
  • This is the Communication Book list
  • Tap on "Default Book - Tap for More" (this is the book you were originally using)
  • Now, tap on the Share icon (rightward arrow) next to Core Words, and then tap on "Delete"
Now you should only have one book listed (Default Book), and you should be able to use the app as you did previously.
