GoTalk NOW and GoTalk NOW Plus are the same app. The difference is that with GTN Plus, you get the SymbolStix set of symbols to use on your communication pages, seven more options for text-to-speech voices, and "Ready-Set-Communicate," a ready-made communication book that you can use as a template.

I recommend that you just buy GoTalk NOW at this point. Once you have the app, there is a "Downloads" button on the home screen, where you can buy any or all of these as in-app purchases. We provide an entire library of our own symbols for free, but some people really like SymbolStix.
